This Privacy Policy describes how BG Mobile Dev ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps"), including but not limited to: Yuko - Food Safety Scan, Jet Lag Time Zone Shifter, Stress Watch - Auri AI Coach, GlowUp - Fun Photo Effects, HearGuard - Decibel Meter, Matcha - Recipes & Brew Timer, Coin Identifier - Rare Value, Stamp Snap - Value Identifier, Fossil Identifier - Dino Scan, Flower Identifier - Plant ID, Bird Identifier, Animal Identifier, SnakeSnap - Reptile Scanner, Watch ID - AI Watch Scanner, Signature Maker - eSign, Meal Planner - Grocery List, Level Tool - Ruler & Measure, Bill Organizer - Expenses, Mindful Minutes, Gratitude Journal, Mywellness - Wellness Living, and Incy - Cosmetic Scanner.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when using our Apps, such as preferences, settings, and feedback. We do not require you to create an account to use our Apps.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Apps, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage metrics and interaction data
• Crash reports and performance data
• General location information (country/region level only)

Health Data (StressWatch Only)

StressWatch accesses Apple HealthKit data (heart rate, HRV) solely on your device for stress monitoring purposes. This health data is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

Camera and Photo Access

Some of our Apps (Right Food, Bird Identifier, Animal Identifier, GlowUp, Coin Identifier, Stamp Identifier, Fossil Identifier, Incy) require camera or photo library access to provide their core functionality (scanning, identification). In Apps that use AI identification, images are processed through secure AI services and are not stored on our servers after processing. Apps that identify entirely on the device never transmit images at all — the per-app section below states where that applies.

Incy - Cosmetic Scanner (On-Device Only)

Incy runs entirely on your device and is an exception to the general statements in this policy:

• Camera frames and the ingredient text recognized from them never leave your device. They are not uploaded anywhere, and they are not stored on our servers.
• Ingredient parsing, matching, and scoring are performed on your device. No AI service is involved, and no image is ever transmitted.
• The only network request Incy makes happens when you scan a barcode: an anonymous product lookup in the open Open Beauty Facts database. That request carries the barcode and the app's standard User-Agent (Incy's name and version plus our own developer contact address, which the database requires of every client) — and nothing else: no account, no device identifier, no advertising identifier, and no personal data. As with any internet request, Open Beauty Facts receives the network address it is contacted from; we never receive it. Open Beauty Facts is an independent project governed by its own privacy policy.
• Incy has no user accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. The "Automatically Collected Information" and "Third-Party Services" practices described in this policy do not apply to Incy, except that subscriptions are handled by Apple's App Store as described under "Subscriptions".

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and improve our Apps' functionality
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Develop new features based on usage trends

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store for purchases and subscriptions
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Analytics services for anonymous usage statistics
• AI processing services for image recognition features

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Subscriptions

Some of our Apps offer subscription-based features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is not accessible to us. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Data Retention

We retain automatically collected information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for analytical purposes. When we no longer need the information, we either delete it or anonymize it so that you cannot be identified.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict processing of your information
• Data portability

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through our Apps or other means. Your continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
